General Introduction Zhong Wang Aluminum(ZWA) Group :

       ZWA Group is the second largest industrial aluminium extrusion product developer and manufacturer in the world and the largest in Asia. The Group has been primarily focusing on the light-weight development in the ecological construction, transportation, machinery and equipment and electric power engineering sectors through the provision of quality fabricated aluminium products.                                                                           

General project information:

        The CRM complex consists of 4 CRM‘s from SMS plus a coil flat storage system from company Vollert. CRM2+3+4 are 100% identically. CRM1 is 95% identically to the other 3 CRM’s. CRM1 is more powerful and designed for heavier strip thickness. Automation will be done by EA SDT Beijing. The customer is Zhongwang Aluminium (ZWA), who has ordered a lot of equipment from co-manufacturer China First Heavy (CFHI).

Description for works done by

Mr Zhou Minghua ( Mechanical Specialist behalf SMS Mech Department on CRM Site ) :

Supervision of mechanical erection of all equipments for CRM1-4,

Carry out open package inspection (OPI) for all import equipment together with ZWA (see packing lists).

Communication with Zhongwang customer and with SMS colleagues on job site (Mr. Zhao Sen, SV Fluid systems CRM1-4; Mr. Zhou Jian, SV Electrics CRM1-4; Mr. Lubos Bocarnikov, SV Mechanical HSM). Communication with Mr. Thomas Schönberner (General Site Manager, currently trapped in Germany) and with Klaus Siegert (Project Manager CRM’s, in Germany).
