The LYNX+ / ORCA + / RHINO +is an easy to use Set Point Generator designed to be multi-functional as programmable analog control unit, digital signal output generator and pressure sensor interface (option) and can be used as measuring device also.

The LYNX + /ORCA + / RHINO +supports service technicians and engineers during commissioning and testing of servo and proportional valves with operating voltagesof±15V or +24V as well as external devices (e.g. solenoid operated valves, pressure switches etc.) with operating voltage or analog signal input of 24VDC.

TheLYNX + / ORCA + / RHINO +is equipped with an:
USB A 5V / up to 3A–OUT–fast charger to charge devices such as cellphones / tablets etc.
全系标配一个USB A 5V/ 最高到3A的手机或者平板的快充插座。
After the device has been switched on, the built-in fan (for cooling the integrated power electronics via the front panel) starts automatically in continuous operation.
在仪器开启电源后,内置的风扇自动启动并持续通过操作面板对集成电源组件进行冷却。
Before the Master Switch (A4) can be actuated, the valve cable must be securely connected to the device by means of a screw connection.

After the connecting the LYNX + / ORCA + / RHINO +to the supply voltage through sockets(A1/A2),the main menu on the LCD display(B2) is shown .Menu and sub menus are selected by turning the rotary knob “menu select”(B5)in left / right direction as follow:
在通过插座(A1/A2)接通仪器电源以后,LCD显示屏(B2)将显示主菜单。主菜单和次一级菜单可以通过旋钮进行选择。“菜单选择” B可以左右旋转。

In case of any doubt in regard to the settings please press the “Home” button (B4) to go back to top of the menu structure / main menu without any savings.
如果对设置有任何疑问,按下“Home”键就可以直接到主菜单,并且不做任何设定保存。
In the LYNX + / ORCA + / RHINO +menu the settings of various valves from different suppliers are preprogrammed. The LYNX + / ORCA + / RHINO +menu allows optionally the free programming and presetting of values of your applications with the above-mentioned operating knobs and buttons.

Watertight Shockproof Case–Venting Valve

The LYNX + / ORCA + / RHINO +is built into a watertight shockproof case.(LYNX + / RHINO+ in a black case/ORCA+in a orange case).

To avoid any partial vacuum during transportation in airplanes please activate / open the venting knob / air valve of the suitcase (B3) for pressure equalization (turn counter clockwise before you enter the airplane).

Two standard modes are supported: +24V, and ±15V.The power feeding of channel 1 / 2 will be activated via the MASTER ON/OFF push bottom with integrated LED (A4.) Valve Spool Monitoring: 滑阀阀芯监测: | This setting determines the mode used to check the correct operation of the Spool Monitoring Switch , located in the connected valve. When the connected valve is switched, the closing / opening of the corresponding Spool Monitoring Switch can thus be verified at this input. A switch closed against +24V means "electrical contact / switch closed "or vice versa.
